Ingredients
Cordon Bleu (1 piece)
Mixed greens (150g)
Cherry tomatoes (100g)
Cucumber slices (50g)
Olive oil (1 tbsp)
Balsamic vinegar (1 tbsp)
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Cook the Cordon Bleu according to package instructions.
Prepare the salad by mixing greens, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber slices.
Slice the cooked Cordon Bleu and place on top of the salad.
Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar, season with salt and pepper, and serve immediately.
