  • How to cook?
    • Convection Stove - After preheating stove (140 °C/ 60 % moisture), put 3 kg of the frozen product onto a 1/1 stainless steel GN-tray and heat for approx. 9 minutes.
    • Pan - Heat the defrosted product with little oil at medium heat for approx. 4 minutes 
    • Contact Grill - Preheat up to 190 °C, broil the defrosted product (core temperature approx. 4 C) for approx. 3:30 minutesShareExportRewrite
