How to Cook:

  • PAN FRY - Always defrost sausages, add little oil and cook for approx. 8-10 minutes,
  • GRILL / BBQ - Always defrost sausages, and cook for approx. 8-10 minutes  
  • OVEN / AIR FRYER - Always defrost sausages, preheat "Oven" at 230°C and cook
